This might be an event, an experience, workshops, a programme of activities or another intervention to inspire change. 

When you need a safe pair of hands to engage your audience and guide them through the experience, Gerrie is a senior facilitator, experienced event host and MC for conferences and awards. 

If there are people involved, then we're interested! Our style is democratic, we read face and body language, understand learning preferences and draw in people to engage on the topic, be heard and actively participate,  

We don't see computers as a barrier - they are a fantastic window enabling us to reach your audience.

We work collaboratively with you and your team. We like to know how you want to shine and look to weave this into the project experience. The content we develop is always collaborative. We all learn better by doing. 

We use the agreed objectives as a platform for creative thinking. We are all sophisticated consumers of media and experiences - and we enjoy challenging the project team to be brave and try new things with your audience. You'll hear use talking about the 'dial' - and we'll invite you to dial up - or down the ideas we suggest to find the right fit for your corporate culture.

Gerrie is trusted by the leadership teams of many clients to facilitate the difficult conversations. Gerrie will explore whether there is 'aggressive agreement' or identify the real issues that are causing friction then help the team align and plan a path for progress. 

Presenting, public speaking and facilitation is a challenge for many leaders, and can manifest as a fear or remain an undeveloped skill. We help speakers land specific sessions and content, or coach on a range of techniques to help leaders at all levels to engage better with their audience. 

We use coaching expertise throughout our work.

Occasionally Gerrie takes on clients for 1-2-1 coaching.
